So this has been happening for months now, before I got my downpipe. What basically happens is that when I accelerate, pedal to the floor, it'll cut off around 30-40mph but doesn't go into limp mode or anything, as I can accelerate right after without issue. This issue doesn't only happen from a dig though, it will happen form a roll as well. I have a jb4, intake, catless DP, catback exhaust and snorkels. The problem happens on lower maps too, when it used to not.

My 2.0L had the recall for the high pressure fuel pump done a few months ago. I only mention this because, four-cylinders both, but I have no idea if there is any sort of issue with the 2.5L as with the 2.0L. Anyway, you can check to see if your HP fuel pump is healthy as part of your troubleshooting. My strong accels would do what you described, the RPMs would be up but the "cut off" was more like a refusal to upshift and the car would fall on its face.
