Hey guys I’ll attach my log to this post
All this is new to me, still currently learning how to read my logs and what’s considered okay.

My boost is getting up to 22psi on 93 running Map 2. I was having severe overboost issues since fitting my down pipes. So I had a read and I set my FF to 45 then tapered down to 42 until I could get it to stop overboosting. I thought the log looked okay but I could be very wrong 😂

Any advice would be helpful ✌🏽 as I stated all this is fairly new to me but I’m enjoying it so far.

I wish I had 22psi... just sayin!!

Hey Sal this ad blocking thing is it legit?

Is it possible to upload it to a site like imgur? I can't view any attachments either. Would help also if you could upload your configuration page just so we can take a look to see if something is not setup correctly. Colder weather will affects things as well. Not sure what year your stinger is but the 2022+ stingers tend to be more sensitive to overboost from my experience and hearing from others, even being 100% stock.

22 PSI on map 2 seems high and getting close to the safe limit on stock turbos. I am usually around 20 psi on map 3 with E30 with fuel it sensor that integrates to the JB4. As long as you have the fuel and EWG wires hooked up correctly and enabled on the JB4, all you'll need to do is set the wastegate ff to 45 and that should stop it. Each car will be different and some might need to lower more. I run mine usually around 45 as well and have ark mids, mbrp pro active catback, k&n typoon cia, bms intercooler. Pulls really hard, noticeably harder on map 3 compared to map 2. I had overboost issues too until I got jb4 with ewg wires, made a big difference. So did getting the intercooler + snorkles to lower the intake temps. Two amazing mods.

Two things you can try doing also is trying a different gas station/brand and resetting ECU unplugging battery letting it sit for at least 15 mins. For me chevron gas gives me far cleaner stable fuel trims.

I don’t know why my attachments aren’t working.. I’ve uploaded stuff previously and it’s worked.

Cars a 2021 GT Rwd. Afe intakes, turbo back Jonny tig exhaust, iat relocation, ewg wires, hks plugs 0.024

I’d say majority of my overboost issue is due to my 3 inch dump pipes with 100 cel cats.

I uploaded my log in the jb4 forum, Ryan @ bms confirmed everything is looking sweet. Obviously boost is high but timing, afr, fuel trims are all good. At the time it was hitting 22 psi it was a cold morning iat was around 68 F. So yea that’s a contributing factor

Thinking I might do my runs a bit later in the day when it’s warmer and reassess. if need be lower my FF some more

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Oh ok did not know you had dump pipes and 100 cell cats. That definitely will make you overboost easier since the turbos are likely spinning so much quicker.

I think the reason I can't see attachment is that the site is saying due to ad blocker. Well as long as log looks good. I think going with a bef might help you further but I haven't experiement with one yet.

Ecu/Tcu Bef is definitely on the to do list 👌🏽

Only had this car for about a month and was dead stock when I got it so I’ll play around with my jb4 settings a bit and learn to read my logs properly before smashing on some more parts

Yeh this adblocking thing is annoying at least I don't have to annoy anyone with my pics anymore lol.
