Good question but don’t know why anyone would use launch control(LC) with AWD.Has anyone compared 1/4 times for AWD GT while using launch control versus just going at it regularly? How much does launch control really help you get up to speed?
Both LC & AWDs main purpose is to mitigate wheel spin so using both would be redundant. AWD already diverts power from wheels that slip to wheels that grip. So wheel-spin(besides a chirp) shouldn’t really happen in AWD, unless seriously upgraded.
My understanding is LC should help improve acceleration by allowing power braking to 2250RPM(3-4K would be better but could hurt transmission) and limiting boost in 1st to control wheel-spin.
I know this helped my RWD 0-60 by 0.1sec, but unsure if it would help AWD since they already benefit from 4 wheel grip.

0.3 seconds is a pretty significant difference and not sure what else would cause that much of a change.
