Do they make high performance ignition coil for the 3.3 and if so would you change all of them at the same time

Kia already upgraded their coils. If you have the one on the left you already have the upgraded version. If you already have new ones went bad, it’s JB4+stock ECU related. The fix you want should be a full tune or a back end flash, which adjusted the coil dwell.

As of now, this will be the 1st time replacing a coil pack (just cyclinder 5), I only have 15k miles and Jb4 (Map1) for about 6 months.

Oof, that one on the left is gonna be fun getting out of #4 cylinder.

Where can I buy upgraded version?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
So performance wise the stock/ OEM are the best? anybody with personal experience to share or recommend another brand

They're very flexible (and multi-piece). You can just bend them around the stuff in the way, both during removal and reinstall.

Yes. There’s absolutely zero performance flaw for the newer version of our coil packs. If it still dies it’s simply just because the coil dwell of JB4+Stock ECU is off.

Part numbers?

Part numbers?
Really seems like same part# but different parts. That why I suggest ordering from dealer and confirming it before actually paying for it.

I got the upgraded Ignition Coil and replaced the misfiring coil 5 and that fixed the issue. $50 (Amazon) later and 15 mins labor, Thanks all for your assistance

Hopefully this helps, it's correct.

Were you throwing an error code specific to cylinder 5, and did you only swap the passenger rear coil to fix it? Because I've seen at least three separate cylinder numbering schemes, and this would confirm yours as correct.

Yes, error code: Cylinder 5 Misfire and yes I only swap that coil and that fixed it

Hey everyone- quick question. Is it worth it to upgrade to the new version coils if the old version ones you have seem to have no issues?

No, bcuz sooner or later their all going to die. I recommend when one goes, you replace all 6 at the same time. But if you no issues, leave well enough alone
