My current stinger GT1 has approximately 83500 and no major problems Just the rotor and Brakes, Had rotors turned by local NAPA store new brakes and its good as new, Second problem was the Engine icon kept coming on they did some trouble shooting and wound up replacing alternator...
Have replaced the spark-plug.. No future problems

That's the highest mileage Stinger I've heard of so far. Pretty trouble-free from the sound of things. Congratulations. And may your bold declaration come true.

Is that 83500 miles or kms.
:D The title of the thread. I see a USA flag in @PD_Gunner1999 's avatar. (But then, I see an Austrian - not Australian, close but not really - in your avatar this morning?)

...Waiting for the redesigned stinger to hit the market will give present stinger to my son and get the next gen one.
I'm open to being adopted! ;)

We say mileage here too but we use kms. Thats a whole lot of kilometres then. The Austrian flag is just due to my VPN I use when downloading over the internet.

With that kind of mileage, do you have a catch can? Have you had to do an intake valve cleaning since you've owned it or have you been using a spray intake valve cleaner?

I don't have catch cans installed and have had no problem with valves but i do use the engine cleaner that the dealers use every 20 to 25 thousand miles, have not used the direct intake valve cleaners and no problems at all.

That is very comforting for us non catch can folks.
I thinks that most miles I seen on any Stinger.

This should be a permanent mileage thread. I'll contribute:

2022 GT1: 13,000 (~ 21,000 km) miles, no issues

Usually highway driving comes very close to ideal conditions for an ICE. Stop go and city driving are harsher. Valve buildups are pretty high in these scenarios.
I have 131k Kms on the Theta 2 (2.0) engine with 0 issues. I had a oil catch can for ~20k kms and then removed it.

2022 Gt-line ~3100 miles

Some rattles (seat belt adjuster), gives off coolant odor when parked yet no visible leaks.
OE tires replaced at ~450 miles because they were trash
Headlights had to be adjusted slightly up for better nighttime visibility
Minute amount of oil consumption (few mm on dipstick) over 1500 miles. Too early to make any judgements. Need more miles on engine.

85% satisfaction at present
