• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Specific Banter Thread Australia (All welcome No Dress code, No trolls)

You must be pleased you moved to Vic then.:) Around here we tend to get Red Belly black snakes, Copperheads and last year an Eastern Brown snake in our yard.

I was born and raised in Melbourne (Williamstown to be exact) but I worked the Government rifle range for 10 years before it was sold and turned into housing I lived with browns blacks and 6 foot tiger snakes daily, never got bit, but I used to pick them up by hand to bag them. Spiders freak me out but snakes I can handle. Spent 3 years in Sydney sorry guys but a real low point was glad to come home.

I lived in Williamstown for a bit when I was 19 yo, I was training at the Williamstown Hospital, it was a pretty place and so handy to drive into Melbourne.
I find snakes fascinating, if one comes into our yard, I get the camera and take a pic, my hubby says I'm like " David Attenbourgh " no fear, whilst everyone else in my family is hiding inside.I'm also the Spider catcher or killer for the same reason, everyone freaks

BTW, I'm liking the forum feel free to ask me anything Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or IT. I don't have a great deal of spare time to spend here but can be a bit of an insomniac, and this helps me wind down, I'll try and help/advise any way I can. Built a few franken cars over the years. ;)

Born in Willy hospital a great place  Willy was a great place to grow up, lots of snakes, lizards, water rats, big ones  bigger than cats, box jelly fish, blue ring octopus, grey nurse shark, white pointers, puffer fish, big sting rays, giant Tasmanian crabs, red backs, mouse and trapdoor spiders, big hand size huntsman. with the exception of the huntsman just about everything that can kill you. But as a child I was traumatised by spiders and cant shake it, bloody irrational fear considering nothing else bothers me. spend a bit of time around Geelong, got relos in Ocean Grove, St Leonards, Clifton Springs.

Get used to it Coast many times ive had attractive women in the last 14 months look my way whilst piloting the Stinger. Being a man of reality i can assume its not because of me. Though sometimes i feel like the infant with the pork chop tied to it so the dog will play with them.:laugh::laugh:
Watch out for these ones at the carparks...
