Rafa Edition

Hey, anyone out there with the Rafa edition?
If so any issues with this edition of the stinger?
The only issue I have had is the hatch rattle but they fixed this at the 3000 service.
Updated GPS maps myself - easy.
No paint issue (panthera metal).

ITs distugusting. It has brown interior with deep chroma blue paint and to top it off a yellow stripe on the side......yuk.

Thanks DCBStingerGT, build is Dec 17 and have had it for a several months (near Melbourne).
The brown interior is better in the flesh than in the pics - it is something different compared to the black/dark/grey standard which is everywhere. Maybe not to everyone’s liking but definitely not “disgusting”, and goes reasonably well with the panthera metal.
Also purchased without the yellow stripes as the dealer had earlier removed them.
I think the car is fantastic (looking forward to every drive!) and for around 40K drive away brand new a steal
Will post some pics as soon as I get the chance.

Rafael Nadal version - just 75 made for Australia - yellow stripe down the side is the Spanish flag.

We have a car company that's invested tons of brainpower, advertising, and money...that's a Korean car company that's trying to compete with upscale Euro type cars...and someone at KIA comes up with a limited version car based on a Freakin tennis player? And then puts the Spanish flag running down the sides ,and is offering it to Aussies only? That is too rich! Wash

Yeah Kia is the major sponsor of the Australian Open and all of our tennis players are shit so they went with someone that people might recognise. Maybe this year they’ll do a Serena edition

40k?? You stole it!! They retailed for 52k when first released. I must admit I've warmed to them seen all three colours, I prefer the black looks good. Except Black and brown is a fashion faux pas. Glad you're happy.

Without the yellow stripe not only makes it look so much better, but at this point could be the only Rafa Edition without the stripes, wise choice, and Panthera Metal may be one of the rarest colours on the roads, i guess Stinger in general is still rare on the roads, only see not even a handful a month. Also, i do not mind the brown interior, but not on my Deep Chroma Blue, my dream combination with my blue exterior would have been Light Beige seats and trim, not offered in Australia.

Hey there @Ozstung , i'm fine and thankyou for asking, i guess been working alot more for a while now, but usually check in everyday to see what's discussing and who is posting comments, i see our old friend @AV8R is still going strong, still in the pilots seat it seems....., it's great to see how he has organised meets at the local Perth Motorplex, like once a month, looks like the perfect place to meet and display.

To directly answer your question - the only issues you might expect would be the same as anyone else. There's nothing different about it other than the stickers.
